摘要
以某汽车等速万向传动中间旋锻轴为研究对象,根据无芯棒旋锻过程中毛坯尺寸和力学特性变化,按径向进给量大小将无芯棒旋锻过程分为粗、中以及细进给量逐渐递减3个道次。提出了通过有限元仿真取点刻画无芯棒旋锻后内外圆尺寸,并将变形放大一定倍数,进而更加直观的表征内外圆几何形状和圆度质量的方法。为了在保证内外圆圆度质量的同时考虑锻打效率,分别对每个道次不同外径下的周向进给量和周向进给道次进行匹配。首先,通过无芯棒旋锻内外圆最大和最小变形位置以及实际工艺统一化确定周向进给量;然后,在确保无芯棒旋锻坯料每个部分都得到锻打和满足内外圆圆度质量要求以及锻打效率的情况下确定周向进给道次。最后将实物剖面尺寸与数值模拟结果进行比较,结果表明制定的周向进给参数匹配合理。
Taking the middle rotary swaging shaft with constant speed universal drive for a car as the research object,and according to the change of blank size and mechanical properties during the rotary swaging process without mandrel,the rotary swaging process without mandrel was divided into three decremented passes according to radial feed amount,namely coarse,medium and fine. A more intuitive method to characterize the geometry shape and roundness quality of inner and outer circles was proposed by finite element simulation,which was employed to depict the inner and outer circles dimensions after rotary swaging without mandrel and to enlarge the deformation by a certain multiple. To guarantee the roundness quality of inner and outer circles and consider swaging efficiency,the circumferential feed amount and the circumferential feed pass were matched under different outer diameters of each pass. Firstly,the circumferential feed amount was determined by the maximum and minimum deformation position of the inner and outer circles of rotary swaging without mandrel and the actual process.Then,the circumferential feed pass was determined under the condition that each part of the rotary swaging blank withou mandrel was fully forged,the inner and outer roundness quality as well as the forging efficiency were satisfied. Finally,the physical profile dimensions were compared with the numerical simulation results. The results show that the formulated circumferential feed parameters are reasonable.
