摘要 低温起动性能是车辆的重要性能之一,每到冬季,经常会出现起动困难的情况。影响低温起动的因素有很多,有一个直接的因素是低温起动机拖动发动机转速。但是拖动转速与起动机功率设计关系紧密,起动机功率设计最关键的条件是发动机低温阻力矩及最小拖动转速,拖动转速比较容易给出,但是发动机低温阻力矩却很难给出,一直是一个行业内的难题。本文以上汽大通VM2.8L柴油机为基础,进行低温阻力矩的研究,计算出低温阻力矩及总结出低温阻力矩的计算公式。 Low temperature starting performance is one of the important performances of vehicles,in the winter,it is always hard to start the vehicle.There are many factors that affect the low temperature starting.One direct factor is the low temperature starter drag the engine speed.The engine driving speed is related to the starter power.The key condition of starter power design is the engine low temperature resistance torque and the minimum drag speed.The drag speed is easy to get,but the engine low temperature resistance torque is difficult to get,which has been a problem in the industry.In this paper,based on the vm2.8l diesel engine of SAIC Maxus,the low temperature resistance torque is studied,and the calculation formula of low temperature resistance torque is summarized.
