摘要 针对某高端五轴联动数控机床各子系统的复杂性及发生故障的随机性,提出了基于模糊故障树和故障模式、影响和危害性分析(FMECA)的数控机床综合评价方法。首先对数控机床各子系统及所属故障的发生频次进行整理,采用模糊集合论及故障树分析方法相结合,建立数控机床模糊故障树,并计算其模糊重要度;其次运用FMECA分析法算出各故障危害度,了解各故障对数控机床整体的影响程度;最后运用综合指数评价分析综合各基本事件的模糊重要度及危害度,计算出其综合指数排序,得出数控机床可靠性信息。研究表明,该方法能更为准确地求出该机床主要故障部位,从而使维护人员能更有针对性地对数控机床进行维护保养,降低其故障频次,提高机床运行时间。 Aiming at the complexity of the subsystems of a high-end five-axis linkage CNC machine tool and the randomness of faults,a comprehensive evaluation method of CNC machine tools based on fuzzy fault tree and FMECA is proposed.Firstly,the frequency of each subsystem of the CNC machine tool and its basic faults are collated.The fuzzy set theory and the fault tree analysis method are combined to establish the fuzzy fault tree,and its fuzzy importance is calculated.Secondly,the FMECA analysis method is used to calculate the damage degree of each basic fault,and to understand the overall impact of each basic fault on the overall CNC machine tool.Finally,the comprehensive index is used to analyze the fuzzy importance and harm degree of each basic event,and the comprehensive index ranking is calculated to obtain the reliability information of the CNC machine tool.The research shows that the method can more accurately determine the main fault location of the machine tool,so that the maintenance personnel can carry out maintenance on the CNC machine tool more specifically,reduce the frequency of faults and improve the running time of the machine tool.
