摘要
大型仪器平台是高校科学研究的重要支撑部门,在为科学发展做出巨大贡献的同时,其安全问题也日益凸显,平台仪器涉及的财产金额巨大,事故表现形式复杂多样,加强安全管理势在必行。从仪器平台安全管理的现状和原因出发,就建立安全稳定的仪器平台进行了探讨,从仪器安装环境和仪器运行过程两个方面提出了安全管理策略。根据医学院公共技术平台的安全管理经验,强调通过建立仪器使用考核制度、晚检查制度、预约与门禁关联一体化制度,保障仪器平台的安全、稳定、长期运行。
The large-scale instrument platform is an important support for scientific research in universities.While making great contributions to scientific development,its security issues have become increasingly prominent.The amount of property involved in platform instruments is huge,and the performance of accidents is diversified.Therefore,It is imperative to strengthen safety construction.Based on the current situations and reasons of the safety construction of instrument platform,this paper discusses the establishment of a safe and stable public platform,and proposes a safety management strategy from two aspects:instrument installation environment and instrument operation process.According to safety management experience of the core facility of School of Medicine,Zhejiang University,the establishment of the instrument use assessment system is emphasized,the night inspection system,the implementation of the integration of appointment and access control measures are also implemented to ensure the safe,stable and long-term operation of the instrument platform.
