喷雾造粒制备纳米硅-硬碳复合材料及其性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用砂磨机湿法研磨从鳞片石墨上剥落少量石墨烯和添加碳纳米管构建负极材料中的导电网络,通过喷雾干燥制备纳米硅-硬碳复合材料。借助激光粒度仪、XRD、SEM等分析制备的硅碳复合材料的结构与形貌。用制备的负极材料制备纽扣式半电池,并在不同模式下测试其电化学性能。结果表明,碳酸锂添加量为3%(质量分数)时,复合材料的性能最优,首次充放电容量为1279.9 mAh/g,效率高达84.5%,在200 mA/g电流密度下循环50次后容量仍能保持在68.8%。 Wet grinding with a sand mill exfoliated a small amount of graphene from flake graphite and added carbon nanotubes to realize the construction of conductive network in the negative electrode material.The nano silicon-hard carbon composite materials were prepared by spray drying.The structure and morphology of the prepared silicon-carbon composite materials were studied by means of laser particle size analyzer,XRD,SEM,etc.Using the prepared negative electrode materials to prepare button half-cells,and testing their electrochemical performance in different modes.The results show that when the amount of lithium carbonate added is 3wt%,the performance of the composite material is the best,the first charge and discharge capacity is 1279.9 mAh/g,the efficiency is as high as 84.5%,and at 200 mA/g current density,the capacity can still be maintained at 68.8%after 50 cycles.
