摘要
为研究典型海况下舰载垂直发射系统发射箱的结构性能,用TurbO C++V3.0自编程序,计算了发射箱在典型海况下的摇摆载荷;通过建立发射箱的三维有限元模型,并以摇摆载荷为基础,用有限元软件ANSYS,对典型海况下发射箱装载和发射状态下的结构强度进行了计算,校核了发射箱的结构强度和变形,确保其不产生失效和塑性变性,以满足使用要求,为发射箱结构设计提供依据。
In order to study the structural performance of launch container subjected in typical sea conditions,the launch container under typical swing sea condition is calculated by using TurbO C++V3.0. Through the establishment of the three-dimensional finite element model of the launch container,and based on the calculated swing load,the structural strength of the launch container under the typical sea conditions is calculated by using the finite element software ANSYS. The structural strength and deformation of the launch container under different working conditions are obtained to ensure that it does not produce failure and plastic deformation,which provides the basis for the structural design of the launch container subjected and the installation on the ship.
