摘要
结合新工科建设和课程教学内容,设计了复杂机械产品三维装配虚拟仿真实验。采用虚拟装配仿真软件Delmia/DPM实现了装配设计过程虚拟操作和虚拟装配实验,利用Delmia/DPM软件的装配工艺建模与仿真功能实现了装配仿真过程建模、参数仿真等实验内容。该虚拟仿真实验的开展激发了学生课程学习的兴趣,增强了学生对三维装配工艺设计技术的感性认识,能有效解决实践教学中物理教学资源不足的问题,取得了较好的实验教学效果。
Combined the construction of new engineering with the teaching content of the course, a 3D assembly process virtual simulation experiment of complex mechanical products is designed. The virtual operation and virtual assembly experiments in the assembly design process are realized by using virtual assembly simulation software Delmia/DPM. The assembly design, simulation process modeling, parameter simulation and other experimental contents are realized by using the assembly process modeling and simulation functions of Delmia/DPM software. The development of virtual simulation experiment arouses students’ interest in learning the course, enhances their perceptual knowledge of 3D assembly process design technology, effectively solves the problem of insufficient production equipment in practical teaching, and achieves a better experimental teaching effect.
