摘要
为了促进建筑施工技术的提升,推动建筑施工不断健康发展,提升建筑施工质量,指出了建筑工程施工精细化的重要性,明确了建筑工程实行精细化管理的基本要求。应重视施工细节的处理,重视施工的统筹协调,重视施工流程的规划。提出了建筑工程施工精细化管理的具体措施:应对施工材料、施工进度、施工人员进行精细化管理,健全建筑技术质量管理制度,落实建筑施工质量监管工作。
In order to promote the improvement of building construction technology,promote the continuous and healthy development of building construction,and improve the quality of building construction,it points out the importance of fine construction engineering,and clarifies the basic requirements for fine management of construction engineering.Attention should be paid to the handling of construction details,the overall coordination of construction,and the planning of construction processes.Specific measures for fine construction management of construction projects are proposed:fine management of construction materials,construction schedule,and construction personnel should be carried out,the construction technology quality management system should be improved,and construction quality supervision should be implemented.
