摘要
为了实现环锭细纱机锭子制造装配生产线自动化和检测数字化,详细介绍JWD6811ES系列锭子锭座自动装配生产线电气控制系统中的传感器、机器人、伺服电缸和PLC编程的应用场景、工作原理,并举例解析其实际工作过程.指出:该生产线通过传感器信号检测、气缸实时动作、振动机构上料、机器人精准送料、伺服电缸压配、PLC程序控制等全自动化多流程动作,实现从弹性管锭底结合件到锭座结合件装配的自动完成,可满足6s的生产节拍要求,实现锭座生产标准化、锭子品质一致化.
In order to realize the automation and digital detection of spindle manufacturing as-sembly line of ring spinning frame,the application scenarios and working principle of sensors,robots,servo cylinders and PLC programming in the electrical control system of spindle pedes-tal automatic assembly line of spindle J WD6811ES are introduced,and the actual working process is analyzed with examples.It is pointed out that the assembly line can realize the auto-matic completion of the assembly from connection parts for the spindle bolster with elastic tubes to the spindle pedestal,through the sensor signal detection,real-time action of cylinder,loading of vibration mechanism,precise feeding of robot,servo cylinder pressing,PLC program control and other complete automatic and multi process actions,which can meet the require-ments of 6 seconds production beat,realize the standardization of spindle pedestal production and the consistency of spindle quality.
