退火温度对钛合金板材组织及硬度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 钛合金板材因具有优越的性能而被广泛的应用于我国航空航天领域,并取得了显著的成效。随着钛合金板材应用领域的扩大,对钛合金性能提出了更高的要求。本文基于退火试验,对钛合金板材的显微组织和硬度进行了研究,结果表明,退火温度对钛合金板材的显微组织影响较大,对钛合金板材的硬度影响不太明显,但总体上硬度差异与钛合金板材的显微组织变化相吻合,即二者之间存在一定的变化规律。 Titanium alloy sheet because of its superior performance has been widely used in China’s aerospace field,and has achieved remarkable results.With the expansion of the application field of titanium alloy sheet,higher requirements are put forward for the properties of titanium alloy.Based on the annealing test,the microstructure and hardness of titanium alloy sheet are studied,and the results show that the annealing temperature has a great influence on the microstructure of titanium alloy sheet,and the hardness effect on titanium alloy sheet is not obvious,but the overall hardness difference is consistent with the microtissue change of titanium alloy sheet,that is,there is a certain law of change between the two.
