摘要
高含量尾矿小流量远程运输阶段,容易出现沉淀,导致管道阻塞,难以取得小流量远程持续运输。基于此,文章在分析系统基本构成的同时,主要分析了高含量尾矿采样引流、小流量高扬程提高、抗沉积稀释缓冲、液体智能调整、抗堵塞手自一体化高压冲水等多种重要方法。
In the stage of long-distance transportation of tailings with high content and small flow,precipitation is easy to occur,which leads to pipeline blockage and makes it difficult to achieve long-distance and continuous transportation with small flow.Based on this,while analyzing the basic structure of the system,this paper mainly analyzes a variety of important methods such as high-content tailings sampling drainage,small flow and high head improvement,anti-deposition dilution buffer,intelligent liquid adjustment,anti-blocking manual self-integration high-pressure flushing,etc.
