摘要
针对当前新冠肺炎基层防控过程中缺少信息系统支撑的情况,研究设计了以互联网、大数据、人工智能为核心架构的智能防控平台。阐述了平台的研究背景、现状、总体设计及功能结构等方面的内容。平台从疫情发展趋势、疫情新增趋势、网格数据填报采集数量、排摸渠道统计等几个方面进行数据管理及分析展示,有效支撑疫情防疫"防、控、治、管"新机制,全面提升区域疫情防控效率、基层综合防疫能力及居民自我防疫意识。
In view of the COVID-19 lack of information system support in the process of prevention and control,a smart defense platform based on Internet,big data and artificial intelligence is designed.The research background,current situation,overall design and functional structure of the platform are described.The platform carries out data management,analysis and display from the aspects of epidemic development trend,new epidemic trend,grid data filling and collection quantity,layout channel statistics,etc.,effectively forms a new mechanism of epidemic prevention and control"prevention and control",comprehensively improves regional epidemic prevention and control efficiency,grass-roots comprehensive epidemic prevention ability and residents'self-awareness of epidemic prevention.
