益生元对成年超重或肥胖患者减肥效果的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:系统性评价益生元在减肥中的疗效。方法:通过计算机全面检索CNKI、WanFang Data和Web of Science等数据库中有关益生元在超重或肥胖成人患者中开展的减肥临床随机对照试验,采用Revman5.3软件进行评价分析。结果:共检索到602篇文献,符合纳入标准的文献10篇,共503例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比益生元可显著降低成年超重或肥胖患者的BMI[MD=-0.21,95%CI(-0.36,-0.07),P=0.003]、体重[MD=-0.94,95%CI(-1.48,-0.40),P=0.000 6]。结论:益生元可显著降低成年超重或肥胖患者的BMI和体重,是一种防治超重或肥胖的有效手段。 Objective:The aim of this study was to assess the effects of prebiotics on weight loss in adults with overweight or obesity.Method:The databases of CNKI,WanFang Data and Web of Science were used to retrieve the clinical randomized controlled trials(RCT)of prebiotics in overweight and obese adults on outcomes related to weight management.Meta-analysis were performed to assess outcomes of BMI and body weight by Revman5.3.Results:a total of 602 documents were retrieved,10 of which met the inclusion criteria,and 503 subjects.Prebiotics led to a significant decrease in BMI compared to placebo overall mean difference-0.21(95%CI:-0.36,-0.07;P=0.003).The overall effect of prebiotics on body weight reduction was significant,with an overall mean difference of-0.94(95%CI:-1.48,-0.40;P=0.0006).Conclusion:These results indicate that prebiotics are essential tools in the treatment of obesity and can lead to significant decreases in BMI,and body weight.
