静脉用药调配中心进修人员教学模式的探讨

摘要 目的探讨静脉用药调配中心进修人员的教学模式。方法利用管理模块、审方模块、调配模块、质控模块等教学内容模块,通过理论授课、模拟操作练习、一对一带教、现场观摩等教学方式对静脉用药调配中心进修人员分PIVAS负责人、审方药师、调配人员等分别分类进行教学。结果随着对教学模式的不断完善和规范,静脉用药调配中心进修人员的管理水平、理论知识、操作技能等得到了持续的提高。统计每年进修人员人数,进修人员逐年增加;统计每年考核成绩,考核成绩逐年提升。结论教学方式的多样性、教学内容的规范性、教学对象的针对性等教学模式的逐步完善和规范,能尽快提升进修人员学习内容的掌握程度,准确定位学习内容范围和规范操作技能。 Objective To explore the teaching mode of the trainees in the intravenous drug distribution center.Methods Using teaching content modules such as management module,reviewer module,deployment module,and quality control module,the theoretical training,simulated operation practice,one-on-one teaching,and on-site observation were used to divide the PIVAS directors of the trainees in the intravenous drug dispensing center,Examiner pharmacist,deployment staff,etc.are classified for teaching separately.Results With the continuous improvement and standardization of the teaching mode,the management level,theoretical knowledge,and operation skills of the fellows in the intravenous drug allocation center have been continuously improved.Count the number of fellows each year,and the number of fellows will increase year by year.The statistics of the annual assessment results will be increased year by year.Conclusion The gradual improvement and standardization of teaching modes such as the diversity of teaching methods,the standardization of teaching content,and the pertinence of teaching objects can improve the mastery of learning content of trainees as soon as possible,accurately locate the scope of learning content and standardize operating skills.
