摘要 目的探讨消化内镜诊断学教学创新应用效果。方法选取本校五年制临床本科学生,随机抽取两个班级作为研究对象:实验组,对照组,每组24人,随机分成3个小组,每小组8人,分组上课。实验组:在消化内镜诊断学临床课间实习期间利用内镜模拟操作、病例讨论平台、互联网教学模式教学。对照组:按传统教学方式授课。每组学生实习结束后进行理论考试和知识应用考试,最后对两组考试成绩进行比较分析。结果实验组的考试成绩明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多模式创新教学方法对于提高学生对消化内镜诊断学的理解和掌握具有重大意义。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of innovative applicationin in digestive endoscopy diagnostics.Methods Two classes were randomly selected from five-year clinical undergraduate students in our university:experimental group,control group,24 students in each group,which randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 students.Experimental group:endoscopic simulation operation,case discussion platform and Internet teaching mode were used during clinical interclass practice of digestive endoscopy diagnosis.The control group:according to the traditional teaching method.After the practice,the students in each group were tested for theoretical examination and knowledge application,and the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The test results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-mode innovative teaching method is of great significance to improve students'understanding and mastery of digestive endoscopy diagnostics.
