摘要
目的:探讨同步放化疗治疗老年中晚期宫颈癌的效果及对血清糖链抗原125(CA125)与鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCCA)表达的影响.方法:选取本院2015年6月-2016年7月收治的77例老年中晚期宫颈癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=34)与对照组(n=33).对照组给予单纯放疗治疗,观察组给予同步放化疗治疗.比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况、血清CA125、SCCA表达量及各时间点生存率.结果:观察组治疗有效率与疾病控制率均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组骨髓抑制与胃肠道反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组血清CA125与SCCA表达量均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组2、3年生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:同步放化疗治疗老年中晚期宫颈癌的效果确切,可下调血清CA125、SCCA表达,延长患者生存期,值得推广应用.
Objective:To investigate the effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy on elderly patients with advanced cervical cancer and its effect on serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)expression.Method:A total of 77 elderly patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to July 2016 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=33).The control group was treated with radiotherapy alone,and the observation group was treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The efficacy,adverse reactions,serum CA125 and SCCA expression levels and survival rates at each time point were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment response rate and disease control rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of serum CA125 and SCCA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 2 and 3 years survival rates of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Concurrent chemoradiotherapy has a definite effect on the treatment of advanced cervical cancer in the elderly.It can reduce the expression of serum CA125 and SCCA,and prolong the survival of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
