我国医务人员人乳头瘤病毒疫苗知晓率与接受率的Meta分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的通过Meta分析评价我国医务人员对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗的知晓及接受程度。方法全面检索国内外数据库,收集2006~2019年公开发表的关于我国医务人员对HPV疫苗认知的相关文献,对符合纳入标准的文献进行筛查与评价,并运用R-3.6.0软件进行Meta分析,运用亚组分析和敏感性分析探讨异质性来源。结果共纳入相关文献10篇,我国医务人员HPV疫苗知晓率为74%(95%CI:63%~86%),HPV疫苗的接受率为67%(95%CI:59%~76%),给女儿接种疫苗的接受率为63%(95%CI:52%~74%)。结论我国医务人员HPV疫苗的知晓率较高,但是疫苗的接受率及给女儿接种的意愿较低。
