外援型聚合物自修复复合材料研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,具有自修复功能的聚合物复合材料受到广泛关注。当聚合物材料使用过程中出现各种缺陷时,能够自发或在一定刺激作用下做出相应响应,通过一系列物理或化学变化实现破损材料的自我修复,这对保持材料的机械强度、安全性、延长使用寿命等具有重要意义。综述了外援型聚合物自修复复合材料修复类型、修复机理及研究现状,指出了现阶段聚合物自修复复合材料存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 In recent years,polymer composites with self-healing functions have received widespread attention.When various defects occur in the use of polymer materials,they can respond correspondingly spontaneously or under a certain stimulus,and achieve self-healing of material damage through a series of physical or chemical changes.This is of great significance for maintaining the mechanical strength,safety,and extending the service life of the material.The repair types,repair mechanisms and research status of extrinsic polymer self-healing composites were reviewed.The existing problems of the materials were pointed out,and their development prospects were prospected.
