改良人工晶体安装方法在FLACS中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨改良人工晶体安装方法在飞秒激光辅助白内障手术(FLACS)中的应用效果。方法将2019年9~11月在陆军军医大学大坪医院行FLACS的80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。植入的人工晶体选用一片式两襻疏水性丙烯酸制成的可折叠、后房型人工晶体,对照组患者按照常规方法安装晶体,观察组患者按照改良后的方法安装晶体。观察并比较2组患者手术时间、晶体展开时间、术中晶体植入囊袋后襻的变化、术中人工晶体破损率、术后角膜水肿、术后晶体调位等情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、晶体展开时间明显短于对照组,差异有极显著性统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者术中晶体植入囊袋后襻自动展开情况明显优于对照组,差异有极显著性统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者术中人工晶体破损率、术后角膜水肿、晶体调位与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良后的人工晶体安装方法能够促进FLACS患者人工晶体植入囊袋后前后襻的自动展开,减少手术时间,提高手术效率,降低术中意外发生率。 Objective To investigate the effect of modified instrallation of intraocular lens(IOL)in patients treated with femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery(FLACS).Methods Eighty patients underwent FLACS in Daping hospital of Army Medical University were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.All the patients were implanted with foldable posterior chamber IOLs which was made of one-piece two-loop hydrophobic acrylic.The IOLs in the control group were installed with the conventional method,while the IOLs in the observation group were installed with modified method.The time of operation,the unfolded time of lens,the changes of loops after IOL implantation,the rate of IOL damage,cornea edema and lens reposition of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time and the unfolded time of lens in the observation group were shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The auto-unwrapping of the posterior loop after the implantation of the lens in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the rate of IOL damage,corneal edema and lens reposition between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified instrallation of intraocular lens can improve the unfold of the IOL loops after implantation,decrease the operation time,improve the efficiency of the operation and reduce the incidence of intraoperative accidents.
