摘要
基于X射线的康普顿背散射检测技术可实现单侧、非接触式无损检测,在外墙外保温系统缺陷检测方面具有重要应用潜力。研究应用康普顿背散射检测技术检测外墙外保温系统缺陷的基本原理,提出相应检测参数,并应用该技术对EPS板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统和无机保温砂浆外墙外保温系统进行缺陷检测。研究结果表明,康普顿背散射检测技术较适用于外墙外保温系统保温层与饰面层之间的缺陷检测,能准确识别缺陷区与正常区的界面。
Compton back-scatter scanning detection technology based on X-ray can realize unilateral and non-contact nondestructive detection,which has very important application prospect in the defect detection of external wall thermal insulation system.This paper studied the basic principle of the application of Compton back-scatter scanning detection technology on the defect detection of external wall thermal insulation system and proposed the corresponding detection parameters.Compton back-scatter scanning detection technology is used to the defection detection for external wall thermal insulation system specimens based on pasted EPS board and thin plastering and inorganic thermal insulation mortar.The results show that the defects lying between the insulation layer and finish coat can be effectively identified by Compton back-scatter scanning detection technology,and the interfaces between the defect area and normal area can be precisely discerned.
