摘要
氧化镁膨胀剂具有水化产物稳定、与混凝土强度发展相匹配的特点,在建筑领域中的应用越来越广泛。苏州工业园区第二污水处理厂工程主体结构防水混凝土采用氧化镁类补偿收缩混凝土,并根据实体结构监测数据制定相应施工技术。在施工环境、混凝土等级、氧化镁膨胀剂掺量一致的情况下,底板内部温度修正后微应变较侧墙大16~41με,侧墙结构收缩、开裂风险较底板高;实体结构温度修正后微应变最大值为25~73με,30d左右降至-12~29με,有效补偿混凝土温度收缩和干燥收缩,可知氧化镁类补偿收缩混凝土具有良好的抗裂效果。
MgO expansion agent has the characteristics of stable hydration products and matching the development of concrete strength.It is applied more and more widely in the field of construction.Shrinkage-compensating concrete prepared by MgO expansion agent is adopted in main structures waterproofing concrete of the second wastewater treatment plant in Suzhou Industrial Park.Corresponding construction measures have been made according to the monitoring data of entity structure.The results show that temperature correction microstrain of the floor is higher than sidewall about 16~41μεwith the same construction environment,concrete grade,mixing amount of MgO expansion agent.The risk of shrinkage and cracking of the sidewall is higher than floor.Temperature correction maximum microstrain of the entity structures was 25~73με,and decreased to-12~29μεabout 30 days.It effectively compensated the temperature shrinkage and drying shrinkage of concrete.Shrinkage-compensating concrete prepared by MgO expansion agent has good crack resistance.
