摘要
采用熔铸法制备AE44镁合金,研究不同La、Ce含量对AE44镁合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,AE44镁合金以α-Mg为基体,主要存在Al11RE3、Al10RE2Mn7、Al2Ce三种第二相;其中成分为1.5%La、2.5%Ce的AE44镁合金第二相分布较为均匀,同时存在较多细小晶粒的Al2Ce相及Al10RE2Mn7相,相比较而言,其他成分的AE44镁合金第二相形貌大多呈层簇状、雪花状、棒状,且分布不均匀。拉伸实验结果表明,成分为1.5%La、2.5%Ce的AE44镁合金力学性能最佳,抗拉强度为220.43MPa、屈服强度为82.61MPa、伸长率为12.9%。
AE44 magnesium alloy was prepared by melt casting method.Effects of La and Ce additions on microstructure and mechanical properties of AE44 magnesium alloy were investigated.The results show that AE44 magnesium alloy is based on α-Mg,intermetallic phases mainly includes Al11 RE3,Al10 RE2 Mn 7 and Al2 Ce;The intermetallic phases of AE44 magnesium alloy with 1.5%La and 2.5%Ce is relatively uniform,and there are many smaller Al2 Ce phase and Al10 RE2 Mn 7 phase.By comparison,the intermetallic phases of other composition of AE44 magnesium alloy is mostly lamellar-like,snowflake-like and rod-shaped,and grain distribution is not uniform.The tensile test results show that AE44 magnesium alloy with 1.5%La and 2.5%Ce has the best mechanical properties with tensile strength of 220.43 MPa,yield strength of 82.61 MPa,and elongation of 12.9%.
