基于POI数据的城市群公园绿地规模效益评价——以闽三角城市群为例 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,国家大力推进生态文明建设,公园绿地作为城市公共绿地的重要组成部分,具有显著的生态维护与公共服务功能,对其规模效益的研究是改善城市生态环境与完善城市治理不可或缺的环节。城市群在当今社会日益成为区域经济发展与国家参与全球竞争的重要地理单元,基于大数据背景对闽三角城市群展开研究,借助POI数据与DEAP软件,运用CRS-CCR、VRS-BCC和DEA规模效益模型,实现对城市群公园绿地整体的规模效益评价,进而探究城市群内部区域公园绿地规模效益的特征,并探讨整体与内部一致性问题,以期在此基础上为城市生态文明建设与城市群公共资源均衡发展提供有益建议。 In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of ecological civilization.With remarkable ecological maintenance and public service functions,green park space was an important part of urban public resources.Researches on the scale benefit of green park space could be regarded as an indispensable link to improve the urban ecological environment and urban governance.Nowadays,urban agglomeration has become an important geographical unit of regional economic development and global competition.Based on big data,this paper studied the urban agglomeration of Min Delta with the help of POI data and DEAP software.Through the use of three scale benefit modes,CRS-CCR,VRS-BCC and DEA,the paper evaluated the overall scale benefit of urban green park space.Then,it explored the scale benefit characteristics of park green space in internal urban agglomeration and discussed the problem of overall and internal consistency,so as to provide useful suggestions for the construction of urban ecological civilization and the balanced development of urban agglomeration public resources on this basis.
