摘要
随着我国各项建设的开展,LNG作为优质能源备受各界关注。我国LNG接收站所处区域属于极易腐蚀的海洋大气腐蚀环境,腐蚀防护尤为重要。为更精准地对LNG接收站的设施进行腐蚀防护,开展了一系列工作:在不同地域LNG接收站设置常态环境监控点,定期对采集的数据集成总结,找出腐蚀环境的变化趋势,建立不同区域LNG腐蚀环境数据库;根据腐蚀数据对当地腐蚀环境进行等级划分,根据不同的腐蚀环境,制定相应的涂层体系并开展实验。最终制定并验证了一套适应海洋环境的良好涂层体系,满足设施腐蚀防护的需求。
With the development of various projects in China,LNG,as a high-quality energy industry segment,has attracted much attention from all walks of life.As the LNG receiving station in China is located in a highly corrosive marine atmospheric environment,corrosion protection is particularly important.In order to provide more accurate corrosion protection for LNG receiving station facilities,we carried out a series of works:setting up normal environmental monitoring points at LNG receiving stations in different regions,integrating and summarizing the collected data on a regular basis,identifying the changing trend of the corrosive environment,establishing a database of the corrosive environment of LNG in different regions,grading the local corrosion environment according to the corrosion data,developing the corresponding coatings system and carrying out experiments.Finally,a good coatings system suitable for marine environment was developed and verified to meet the requirements of corrosion protection.
