摘要
目的:胸腹闭合性损伤患者诊治中分别应用多层螺旋CT与DR胸片检测方法,探讨两种检测结果。方法:本次研究对象共200例,是我院收治的胸腹闭合性损伤患者,选取时间段为2019年3月—2020年3月。其中100例患者接受DR胸片检测方法,视为对照组;另外100例患者接受多层螺旋CT检测方法,视为观察组。比较观察两组检测方式的诊断结果变化。结果:观察组诊断敏感度、特异度以及准确度同对照组相比存在显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于肋骨骨折的诊断,DR胸片检测结果与多层螺旋CT检测结果相比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),但对于肝脏损伤、肾脏损伤、肺挫伤以及胰腺损伤的诊断,多层螺旋CT诊断正确率显著高于DR胸片检测方式,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对胸腹闭合性损伤患者的临床诊断中,应用多层螺旋CT检测方法,诊断正确率较高,便于医生掌握全面的疾病信息,有助于提高救治成功率,值得大力推广。
Objective To investigate the results of two types of detection using multislice spiral CT and DR chest radiographs in patients with closed chest and abdominal injuries.Methods A total of 200 cases of this study were patients with closed chest and abdomen injuries treated in our hospital.The period was selected from March 2019 to March 2020.Among them,100 patients received the DR chest radiograph method as the control group;the other 100 patients received the multi-slice spiral CT method as the observation group.Compare and observe the changes of the diagnosis results of the two groups of detection methods.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).For the diagnosis of rib fractures,the results of DR chest radiography and multi-slice spiral CT were used.By comparison,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),but for the diagnosis of liver injury,kidney injury,lung contusion,and pancreatic injury,the diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of DR chest radiography,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with closed chest and abdomen injuries,the application of multi-slice spiral CT detection method has a high diagnostic accuracy rate,which is convenient for doctors to grasp comprehensive disease information and help to improve the success rate of treatment.It is worth promoting vigorously.
