摘要
本文论述了客车用质子交换膜氢燃料电池的研发意义,进而分析了氢燃料电池的集成技术,包括系统零部件的选型和分析,并探讨了氢燃料电池发动机系统集成技术与可靠性、耐久性的影响因素,然后寻找相关测评方案,最后进行实际道路工况的验证。结果表明,该集成方案具有较好的可靠性和耐久性技术指标,适合进行推广应用。
This paper discusses the significance of developing a proton exchange membrane fuel cell for fuel cell buses.It also analyzes the fuel cell integration technologies including the selection and analysis of system components.Furthermore,this paper discusses the fuel cell engine system integration technologies and affected factors in reliability and durability.Finally,the actual road conditions are verified.The results indicate that the integrated scheme has good reliability and durability technical indicators and it is suitable for popularization and application.
