摘要 为了准确地预测汽车车身及焊点的疲劳性能,通过MSC.Nastran软件建立疲劳分析模型并采用惯性释放法获得单位载荷下的应力分布,将应力分布结果与试验测得的六分力载荷谱同时导入FEMFAT软件进行疲劳损伤分析。结果显示,车身疲劳损伤分析结果为0.00014,焊点疲劳损伤分析结果为0.068,二者均满足目标要求,且与实车测试结果一致,表明该方法具有应用可行性,可以为新车型的前期开发以及优化设计提供参考。 In order to accurately predict the fatigue durability of automobile body and welding joints,the fatigue analysis model is established and inertial release method is used to obtain the stress distribution under unit load by MSC.Nastran software,and the results of the stress distribution and the six force load spectrum measured by the test are simultaneously imported into the FEMFAT software for fatigue damage analysis.The results show that the analysis result of body fatigue damage is 0.00014 and the welding joints is 0.068,both of them all meet the target requirement,and consistent with real vehicle test results.It shows that the method is feasible and can be used as a reference for early development and optimization design of new vehicle.
