摘要
采用Gleeble-1500D型热模拟试验机,对PCrNi3MoV钢进行变形温度为950~1 200℃、应变速率为0.01~10 s-1、真应变为0.8的等温压缩试验,得到流变应力曲线。基于Hansel-Spittel模型,分别采用单变量法和多变量Origin直接非线性拟合法,建立PCrNi3MoV钢高温流变应力模型。研究结果表明:多变量Origin直接非线性拟合法获得的流变应力模型预测呈现动态回复型特征,更好地反映了试验数据的总体趋势。通过模型验证得到两种方法的决定系数分别为0.883 8和0.985 3,多变量Origin直接非线性拟合法的精度更高,预测效果更好。
The Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation test machine was used to conduct isothermal compression tests on PCrNi3MoV steel cylinder samples.The deformation temperature was at 950~1200℃,and the strain rate was in 0.01~10 s-1.Then the flow stress curves were obtained with true strain 0.8.Based on the Hansel-Spittel model,both the uniaxial fitting and Origin direct non-linear fitting methods were used to establish the flow stress model of PCrNi3MoV steel at high temperature.The results show that the predicated flow stress curves by Origin direct non-linear fitting method appeares dynamic response shape,and better reflectes the overall trend of experimental datum.Through model verification,the decision coefficients of the two methods mentioned above are 0.8838 and 0.9853,respectively,which indicates that the Hansel-Spittel flow stress model by Origin direct non-linear fitting method has higher accuracy and better prediction.
