摘要
目的探讨石河子市主要大气污染物和气象因素的变化与儿童肺炎住院人数的相关性。方法收集石河子市近3年(2015年1月1日至2017年12月31日)2所三甲医院儿童肺炎住院人数资料,通过与同时期主要大气污染物及气象因素资料进行Pearson相关分析和Spearman等级相关分析来探讨主要大气污染物、气象因素对儿童肺炎住院人数的影响。结果石河子市近3年细颗粒物(PM2.5)、二氧化硫(SO2)、二氧化氮(NO2)呈现明显的周期性、季节性变化。除SO2外,每年冬季PM2.5和NO2月平均浓度明显高于国家环境空气质量年均值二级标准。各大气污染物与气象因素(除外平均气温)间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。各大气污染物与该市儿童肺炎住院人数均呈正相关(P<0.05),其中NO2影响最大,PM2.5次之,SO2最小,且大气污染物对男童肺炎住院人数的影响明显高于女童。各气象因素尤以气温对住院人数的影响力最大,且呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论石河子市大气污染物与气象因素间存在明显的相关性,均在不同程度上影响儿童肺炎住院人数,且对男童的影响较女童大,需加强对大气污染治理以减少儿童肺炎住院人数。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the changes of major atmospheric pollutants,meteorological factors in Shihezi city and the number of hospitalized children with pneumonia.Methods The data of hospitalizations of children with pneumonia in two gradeⅢA hospitals in Shihezi city were collected from January 1,2015 to December 31,2017.Pearson and Spearman were used to investigate the impact of major atmospheric pollutants and meteorological factors on the number of hospitalized children with pneumonia through analyzing the data of major atmospheric pollutants and meteorological factors in the same period.Results In the past 3 years,the particulate matter 2.5(PM 2.5),sulfur dioxide(SO 2)and nitrogen dioxide(NO 2)showed cyclical and seasonal changes obviously in Shihezi city.The monthly average concentration of PM 2.5 and NO 2 in winter were significantly higher than the National annual mean levelⅡstandard for ambient air quality,excepted SO 2.Besides the average temperature,there were positive correlations between the atmospheric pollutants and meteorological factors(P<0.05).The atmospheric pollutants were positively correlated with the number of hospitalized children with pneumonia in the city(P<0.05),among which,the impact of NO 2 ranked number one,followed by PM 2.5,and SO 2 ranked last.Effects of atmospheric pollutions on the number of boys with pneumonia were significantly higher than those on girls.The meteorological factors,especially the temperature,had the greatest influence on the number of hospitalized children,which had a significant negative correlation(P<0.05).Con clusions There are obvious correlations between atmospheric pollutions and meteorological factors in Shihezi city.They all affect the number of hospitalized children with pneumonia in varying degrees,and the impact on boys are greater than those on girls.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen control atmospheric pollutions to reduce the number of hospitalized children with pneumonia.
