摘要
针对台山电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组仪用压缩空气使用的微热再生吸附式干燥器多次发生空气大量泄漏、仪用气压力迅速降低、干燥器加热器超温的情况,进行深入研究分析,提出优化方案并实施改良。改良后有效提高了系统运行的稳定性,达到了预期目的。
In order to solve such problems as a large amount of air leakage,rapid reduction of the instrument air pressure and the overheating of the dryer and the heater in the micro-thermal regenerative and absorptive dryer used for instrument compressed air of the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit in Taishan power plant,this paper introduces the in-depth research and analysis as well as proposing an scheme of optimization for its renovation which has effectively enhanced the stability of the operation of the system and achieved the expected goal.
