摘要
针对某制药企业生产过程中产生的高盐废水不能被下游的三废中心直接接收而需要进行处理的情况,采用电渗析+蒸汽再压缩技术(MVR)对高浓度的制药废水进行了蒸发浓缩,浓缩液经过结晶生产出的铵盐产品作为资源回收并再利用,从而实现了高盐高氨氮废水的资源化应用。
Because the high salt wastewater generated in the production process of a pharmaceutical company cannot be directly received by the downstream wastewater resource center and needs to be treated,high-concentration pharmaceutical wastewater was evaporated and concentrated by using electrodialysis+mechanical vapor recompression(MVR)technology.The concentrated liquid was crystallized to produce ammonium salt products,which are used as resource recovery and reuse,thereby realizing the high-saline and high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater resource application.
