摘要
高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group box 1, HMGB1)是一种广泛分布于哺乳动物细胞的高度保守的核蛋白。HMGB1对肿瘤的发生发展具有一定的影响,能够通过多种信号分子途径来促进肿瘤的增殖、迁移和侵袭等。随着相关研究的不断深入,人们发现,HMGB1与免疫细胞抗肿瘤作用的发挥也有密切联系。因此,HMGB1有望成为肿瘤免疫治疗的重要靶点之一。然而,HMGB1生物学功能复杂,对肿瘤免疫的影响作用也不单一。为了更好地将HMGB1应用于肿瘤治疗,本文就HMGB1在抗肿瘤免疫发生中的作用及其机制的研究进展作一综述。
High mobility group B1(HMGB1) is a highly conserved nuclear protein widely distributed in mammalian cells. A large number of studies have shown that HMGB1 has certain effect on occurrence and development of tumors. It can promote the proliferation, migration and invasion of tumors through a variety of signaling molecular pathways. With the development of related research, it has been found that HMGB1 is also closely related to the exertion of anti-tumor effects of immune cells. Therefore, HMGB1 is expected to be one of the important targets for tumor immunotherapy. However, the biological function of HMGB1 is complex and its effect on tumor immunity is not single. In order to make better use of HMGB1 in tumor therapy, this paper reviews the recent research progress on the role of HMGB1 in anti-tumor immunogenesis and its mechanism.
