摘要
沉管隧道节段全断面预制是沉管施工技术发展创新的起点,能提高控裂性能,提升整体式管节预制品质,加快施工进度,同时裂缝的减少能降低运营期维护费用。本文从沉管分段设计、模板体系及BIM技术的应用介绍了车陂沉管隧道节段全断面预制施工技术。
The full-section precast technology for the immersed tunnel represents the development and innovation of immersed tube construction.Its application can control concrete cracks effectively,improve the quality of integrally precast tube,speed up the construction progress,and reduce the maintenance cost in operation period due to the decrease of cracks.An introduction to the full-section precast technology of Chebei immersed tunnel is made,including the design-by-section of immersed tube,mould system and BIM application.
