摘要
将自制含稳定剂的β晶母粒加入到无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)树脂中,利用差示扫描量热仪、流变仪、偏光显微镜、力学性能测试等对β晶改性PP-R(PP-RCT)的结构和性能进行了对比。结果表明:PP-RCT树脂中β晶质量分数高达90%以上,力学性能优异,20℃和95℃静液压测试时间大幅提高。
Adding the self-madeβ-crystal masterbatch with stabilizer to the random copolymer polypropylene(PP-R)resin,the structure and properties ofβ-crystal modified PP-R(PP-RCT)were compared by means of differential scanning calorimeter,rheometer,polarizing microscope and mechanical properties test,etc.The results show that theβ-crystal mass fraction of PP-RCT resin can reach more than 90%,and the mechanical properties of PP-RCT are excellent,and the hydrostatic test time at 20℃and 95℃are both greatly improved.
