摘要
目的 探讨自研留置针敷料与常规敷料的临床应用效果.方法 便利抽样法选取2018年10-12月在某院儿科、消化内科、胸外科和老年病房干诊二科等科室使用留置针患者404例为研究对象.按照患者的住院时间,设10月份收治的患者为透明敷料组,11月份收治的患者为水胶体敷料组,12月份收治的患者为自研敷料组.比较三组患者敷料使用后器械相关性压力性损伤、静脉炎、计划外脱管发生率差异.结果 三组患者不良事件发生率比较,器械相关性压力性损伤最高为透明敷料组,其次为水胶体敷料组,最低为自研敷料组,分别为13.4%、8.1%、3.7%;静脉炎最高为透明敷料组,其次为自研敷料组,最低为水胶体敷料组,分别为14.9%、5.9%、5.2%;计划外脱管最高为水胶体敷料组,其次为自研敷料组,最低为透明敷料组,分别为11.9%、5.2%、4.5%.结论 自研敷料的应用能有效降低器械相关性压力性损伤、静脉炎及计划外脱管的发生率.
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of self-developed dressing and traditional dressing for the indwelling needle. Methods By the convenience sampling method,404 patients with the indwelling needle from October to December 2018 in the hospital were selected. According to the date of admission, patients were divided into three groups:October as the transparent dressing group,November as the hydrocolloid dressing group, and December as the self-developed dressing group. The incidence of device-related pressure injury, phlebitis and unplanned catheter removal among the three groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events was compared among the three groups.The highest incidence of instrument-related pressure sore was in the transparent dressing group,followed by the hydrocolloid dressing group, and the lowest injury was in the self-developed dressing group(13.4%,8.1%,3.7%,respectively).The highest rate of phlebitis was in the transparent dressing group, followed by the self-developed dressing group,and the lowest was in the hydrocolloid dressing group,which were 14.9%,5.9%,and 5.2%,respectively.The highest unplanned tube removal was in the hydrocolloid dressing group,followed by the self-developed dressing group,and the lowest was in the transparent dressing group(11.9%,5.2%,4.5%,respectively). Conclusions The clinical application of the self-developed dressings can effectively reduce the incidence of instrument-related pressure sore,phlebitis and unplanned catheter removal.
