高速铁路追踪间隔标准选择及供电设施配置研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国已运营高速铁路列车最小追踪间隔及供电设施基本按照3 min标准设计,对于行车量较小的线路,供电设施容量存在较大的冗余,造成了供电设施投资和运营费的浪费。为节省投资和运营成本,统计分析我国高速铁路开行列车对数和追踪间隔现状的基础上,研究行车量与追踪间隔的关系。以江苏南沿江城际铁路为例,根据铁路项目特点和行车量,研究不同年度最小追踪间隔标准,在满足客流需求的基础上合理确定变压器容量,减少了供电设备投资和运营成本。研究表明,5 min追踪间隔标准较4 min追踪间隔标准每年每运营公里可节省成本约3.6万元,研究结果对新建高速铁路项目具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。 3 minutes is the main design standard for minimum time interval between two trains with automatic block signals and for power supply facilities of operational high-speed railways in China. For the lines with small number of trains, there exists large redundancy in the capacity of the power supply facilities, resulting in waste of investment and operation cost. In order to avoid the problem, this paper studies the relationship between the number of trains and time interval by statistically analyzing the current status of train pairs and time interval of high-speed railways in China. With reference to the southern coastal intercity railway in Jiangsu province, the paper studies the standards of minimum time interval in each study year based on the characteristics of this railway project and the number of running trains. The transformer capacity is reasonably determined to match the passenger flow demand, and consequently the investment and operation cost of the power supply equipment are reduced. The result shows that the 5-minute standard saves about 36 thousand Yuan each year compared with the 4-minute standard, and provides certain references for new high-speed railway projects.
