摘要
随着客户对产品需求的各种不确定性以及产品订单数量的不断变化,装备制造企业如何进行订单合并排产变得尤为重要。针对产品组件的加工过程以及客户对产品品种、数量、质量、交货期等不确定性分别进行产品组件相似性分析和不确定性分析,并根据多重不确定性需求以及产品组件相似性进行聚类分析,以便装备制造企业对企业订单进行分类组合生产。最后,通过算例模拟运算表明该模型能够解决企业产品组件的相似性分类问题,帮助企业进行订单分组以及排产等操作,具有实用性和有效性。
With the uncertainties of customer demand for products and the continuous changing in the numbers of product orders,it is especially important for manufacturing enterprises to carry out order consolidation and production scheduling.According to the processing process of product components and the uncertainty of product variety,quantity,quality and delivery time,the similarity analysis and uncertainty analysis of product components are carried out respectively.The cluster analysis is carried out according to the multiple uncertain demands and the similarity of product components,so that the equipment manufacturing enterprises can classify and combine the orders of enterprises.Finally,the simulation results show that the model can solve the problem of similarity classification of product components,help enterprises to group orders and schedule production,which is practical and effective.
