摘要
目的:梳理总结当前新型冠状病毒感染肺炎(COVID-19)防控下医院药事管理和药学服务实践,为疫情特殊时期的医院药学工作提供参考。方法:根据疫情防控政策和要求,结合查阅文献,阐述COVID-19疫情防控时期医院药事管理和药学服务的具体实践和探索。结果:COVID-19疫情进入防控的关键时期,医院药学相关工作人员要根据不同岗位工作特点,加强工作防护;从药品供应保障、特殊药品管理、临床试验用药管理、捐赠药品管理、超说明书用药管理等方面加强药事管理工作;积极参与COVID-19诊治医疗活动,重点做好处方审核、药物疗效及不良反应监测工作,参与MDT讨论,提供用药咨询,开展对COVID-19治疗用药的科普宣传。结论:面对COVID-19突发疫情事件,及时调整医院药学工作应对策略,对保障疫情防控期间安全合理用药具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To summarize hospital pharmacy administration and pharmaceutical care practice in the prevention and control of corona virus disease 201919(COVID-19)and provide related reference.METHODS According to COVID-19 prevention and control policy and requirements,the specific practice and exploration of pharmaceutical management and pharmaceutical care in hospitals during the period of epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 were expounded in combination with consulting the literature.RESULTS The epidemic situation of COVID-19 entered a critical period of prevention and control.The relevant staff of hospital pharmacy should strengthen work protection according to the work characteristics of different posts;strengthen pharmaceutical management from the aspects of drug supply guarantee,special drug management,clinical trial medication management,donated drug management,off-label medication management,etc.;actively participate in the medical activities of COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment,focus on prescription review,drug efficacy and adverse reaction monitoring,participate in MDT discussion,provide medication consultation,and carry out popular science publicity on COVID-19 therapeutic medication.CONCLUSION In face of COVID-19 epidemic outbreaks,it is important to adjust the countermeasures of hospital pharmacy in time to ensure the safe and rational use of drugs during epidemic prevention and control.
