摘要
芳香化酶抑制剂(aromatase inhibitors,AIs)能特异性地致芳香化酶失活,阻断雄激素转变为雌激素的过程而减少内源性雌激素生成,目前在临床上广泛应用于雌激素敏感的乳腺癌的治疗。随着对其机制的深入研究,认为AIs可延缓骨骺闭合,促进身高增长,改善终身高,故近年来有临床研究将AIs应用于男性矮小患儿的治疗,特别是青春期启动以后,甚至是青春后期的患儿。现拟对AIs在矮身材青少年男童中使用的有效性和安全性进行综述,以期为临床工作提供一定的参考。
Aromatase inhibitors(AIs)can specifically inactivate the aromatase so as to inhibit the process that androgen trans into estrogen,ultimately lead to the decline of endogenous estrogen.Nowadays,AIs are widely used in the treatment of estrogen-sensitive breast cancer.With the advanced research of its mechanism,AIs are accounted as a new way to delay the epiphyseal fusion as well as to promote the development and final adult height.Therefore,in some recent clinical research,AIs had been used in the treatment of boys with short stature,especially peripuberty boys,and even post-puberty boys.Now,the effectiveness and safety of AIs in adolescent boys with short stature are reviewed,in order to helpful to clinical works.
