摘要
目的采用HPLC法同时测定清热解毒注射液中黄芩苷和连翘苷的含量。方法采用WAT054275 C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长278 nm,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱,进样量10μL。结果黄芩苷、连翘苷的线性范围分别为0.522~5.22μg(r=0.9996)、0.0402~0.402μg(r=0.9991),平均回收率分别为100.6%(RSD=1.2%,n=6)、99.0%(RSD=1.5%,n=6)。结论所用方法简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于清热解毒注射液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To simultaneous determine the baicalin and phillyrin in Qingre Jiedu injection by HPLC.METHODS The chromatographic separations were obtained on a WAT054275 C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with a gradient elution using the mixture of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid water solution as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 278 nm,and the sample size was 10μL.RESULTS The results showed that baicalin and phillyrin had good linear relationship in the range of 0.522-5.22μg(r=0.9996)and 0.0402-0.402μg(r=0.9991),respectively.The average recoveries were 100.6%(RSD=1.2%,n=6)and 99.0%(RSD=1.5%,n=6),respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Qingre Jiedu injection.
