摘要
噁唑类化合物可通过非共价相互作用与生物系统中的各种酶及受体结合,显示出多种多样的生物活性,其在抗肿瘤领域的相关研究取得了许多优秀的成果。现综述近年来国内外关于噁唑类化合物作为抗肿瘤类潜在药物的研究进展,并展望了以噁唑为基础的化合物作为抗肿瘤药物的研究和开发前景。
Oxazole compounds are readily able to bind with a variety of enzymes and receptors in biological system via diverse non-covalent interactions,thus to display versatile biological activities.The perspectives of the foreseeable future in the research and development of oxazole-based antitumor compounds are also presented.It was expected that this review would serve as a stimulant for new thoughts in the quest for rational designs of more active and less toxic oxazole medicinal drugs.
