TC4钛合金薄板双侧激光角焊搭接变形研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用激光器焊接1.2 mm厚的TC4钛合金薄板,探索了焊接参数和台阶尺寸对双侧角焊搭接变形的影响。实验结果表明,焊接功率的改变对变形有较大影响,台阶会使搭接变形相对减小。焊接后钛合金薄板变形总体上呈现为扭曲状。当焊接功率为1.3 kW,焊接速度为3 m/min,离焦量为0时焊接变形最大,当焊接功率为0.9 kW,焊接速度为3m/min,离焦量为0时焊接变形最小。台阶的存在能减小钛合金的变形,当焊接功率为1.1 kW,焊接速度为3 m/min,离焦量为0时无台阶的钛合金薄板变形比有台阶时大。 1.2 mm thick titanium alloy sheet was welded by laser, the influence of welding parameters and step size on the lap deformation of double-side fillet welding was explored. The experiment results show that, welding power has big influence on deformation, and steps reduce lap deformation. The deformation of welded titanium alloy sheet presents tortuosity. The sheet has maximal deformation when the welding power is 1.3 kW,welding speed is 3 m/min and defocusing amount is 0, and it has minimal deformation when the welding power is 0.9 kW, welding speed is 3 m/min, and defocusing amount 0. Steps reduce the deformation of titanium alloy, the titanium alloy sheet with steps has smaller deformation than that without steps, when the welding power is 0.9 kW, welding speed is 3 m/min, and defocusing amount is 0.
