摘要
为研究振动筛对清选效果的影响,以及寻找最佳工作参数,采用EDEM软件与Fluent软件耦合的方法,对稻米与茎秆在不同振幅、频率、振动方向角下的清选过程进行模拟。通过统计稻米清洁率和损失率,来衡量不同参数下风筛装置的工作性能。结果表明,随着振幅和频率的增加,损失率、清洁率也增大,但增加到一定程度后清洁率会下降;随着振动方向角的增加,损失率和清洁率均会下降。综合考虑,振幅为8mm,频率为9Hz,振动方向角为4°时,得到稻米清洁率为99.73%,损失率为0.03%,为最佳工作参数。所做研究可为谷物清选装置参数优化提供一定参考。
In order to study the effect of vibrating screen on cleaning effect and find the best working parameters,the method of coupling EDEM software and Fluent software is used to simulate the cleaning process of rice and stalks under different amplitudes,frequencies and vibrating direction angle.By counting the rice cleaning rate and loss rate,the performance of the wind screen cleaning device can be measured under different parameters.The results show that with the increase of amplitude and frequency,the loss rate and cleaning rate also increase,but the cleaning rate will decrease after increasing to a certain degree.With the increase of vibrating direction angle,the loss rate and cleaning rate will decrease.After comprehensive consideration,when the amplitude is 8mm,the frequency is 9Hz and the vibration direction angle is 4°,the rice cleaning rate is 99.73%and the loss rate is 0.03%,which are the best working parameters.The research can provide some reference for parameter optimization of grain cleaning plant.
