深部巷道锚注支护效果及组合式高强锚注控制技术研究 被引量:19

Analysis of the bolt-grouting support in deep roadway and combined high-strength bolt-grouting control technology

摘要 为明确不同因素影响下锚注控制效果,解决普通注浆锚杆强度低等问题,开展不同支护方案下围岩控制效果数值对比试验,研发一种组合式高强注浆锚杆并进行力学性能测试及现场应用。结果表明:1)当岩体参数强度等级小于1.0或地应力大于25MPa时,锚网喷支护难以满足围岩稳定性控制要求,锚注支护可以有效控制围岩变形破坏。2)随着注浆加固范围增加,锚注支护各部位最大位移量、塑性区呈降低趋势,注浆范围为4~5 m时,位移、塑性区趋于稳定;随着围岩注浆加固强度等级提高,各部位最大位移、塑性区呈显著降低趋势,应力峰值距离巷道周边整体呈缩短趋势,控制效果显著。围岩注浆加固强度等级为围岩参数的1.6~1.7倍时,位移、塑性区和应力峰值位置趋于稳定。3)组合式高强注浆锚杆承载力平均为264k N,约为常规注浆锚杆的5倍,具有"一次施打、控注协同"的支护效果,现场应用表明位移比原方案降低了81%~83%。 To define the control effect of bolt-grouting under different factors and to solve the problems of low strength of common grouting bolts,numerical comparison tests of surrounding rock control effects under different support schemes have been carried out,and a combined high-strength grouting bolt has been produced and its mechanical properties has been tested for field application.The results have shown that:1)When the strength grade of rock mass parameters is less than 1.0 or the geo-stress is higher than 25 MPa,the bolt-shotcrete will be unable to meet the surrounding rock control,while the bolt-grouting support can control the deformation and failure of surrounding rock effectively.2)With the increase of grouting reinforcement range,the maximum displacement and maximum plastic zone among every part in bolt-grouting support are decreasing;when the grouting reinforcement range is 4-5 m,the displacement and plastic zone tend to be stable.With the increase of strength grade of surrounding rock grouting reinforcement,the maximum displacement and maximum plastic zone are decreasing significantly,and the location of peak stress from the roadway boundary is in a shortening trend,resulting in remarkable control effect.When the strength grade of surrounding rock grouting reinforcement is 1.6-1.7 times that of surrounding rock parameters,the displacement,plastic zone and the location of peak stress tend to be stable.3)The average bearing capacity of combined high-strength grouting bolt is 264 kN,about 5 times that of common grouting bolt,and it has the support effect of"installation one time,control and grouting in coordination’’,and field application shows that the displacement is reduced by 81%-83%compared with the original scheme.
