微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的102例四肢骨折患者,随机分为对照组(51例,常规钢板固定治疗)和观察组(51例,微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的康复优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3、7 d,观察组的疼痛程度评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VOC、Tb.N均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果显著,可减轻患者的疼痛程度,缩短骨折愈合时间,且安全性高。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods A total of 102 patients with limb fractures admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(51 cases,conventional steel plate fixation treatment)and observation group(51 cases,minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation,the pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VOC and Tb.N in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures has a significant clinical effect,it can reduce the pain of patients,shorten the healing time of fractures,and has high safety.
