摘要
目的探讨孕期体重控制联合营养指导对孕产妇分娩方式及新生儿体重的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月于我院接受检查并进行分娩的150例孕妇作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,各75例。对照组仅施以常规护理,研究组施以孕期体重控制联合营养指导,比较两组的护理效果。结果对照组的自然分娩率低于研究组(P<0.05)。对照组正常新生儿占比低于研究组,巨大儿发生率高于研究组(P<0.05);对照组的护理满意度低于研究组(P<0.05)。对照组的SDS、SAS评分均高于研究组(P<0.05)。对照组并发症总发生率高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论在护理孕产妇的过程中,施以孕期体重控制联合营养指导效果确切,可在临床上进一步推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of pregnancy weight control combined with nutrition guidance on delivery mode of pregnant women and neonatal weight.Methods A total of 150 pregnant women who were examined and delivered in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the different nursing methods,the pregnant women were divided into control group and study group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was only given routine nursing,while the study group was given pregnancy weight control combined with nutrition guidance.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The natural delivery rate in the control group was lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).The proportion of normal newborns in the control group was lower than that in the study group,and the incidence of macrosomia was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the control group was lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores in the control group were higher than those in the study group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing pregnant women,pregnancy weight control combined with nutrition guidance has accurate effect,which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
