三乙胺类双酸性离子液体催化合成油酸甲酯 被引量:3

摘要 合成了三乙胺类双酸性离子液体,并对其催化性能进行考察。选定以氯化锌配位的三乙胺类双酸性离子液体[HO 3 SC 3 NEt 3]Cl-ZnCl 2作为催化剂催化合成油酸甲酯。利用单因素法、响应曲面法对油酸甲酯合成的工艺条件进行考察和优化,得到的最佳工艺条件为:醇酸物质的量比9.96,催化剂用量(占油酸质量分数)5.13%,反应温度100℃,反应时间3.6 h。预测在最优的工艺条件下,油酸甲酯的收率可达98.95%,通过实验验证表明在该条件下油酸甲酯的收率最高可达98.58%。在重复性实验中,催化剂重复使用6次后催化性能依然良好。 Triethylamine-based diacid ionic liquids have been synthesized,characterized and used as catalysts for the production of methyl oleate.The ionic liquid[HO 3 SC 3 NEt 3]Cl-ZnCl 2 exhibited the highest activity in the catalysis of methyl oleate formation.The optimized conditions were obtained by using a single factor optimization method and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimized reaction conditions were molar ratio n(oleic acid)∶n(alcohol)=9.96∶1,catalyst dosage 5.13%(based on oleic acid),reaction temperature 100℃,and reaction time 3.6 h.The predicted yield of methyl oleate reached 98.95%,and the actual yield reached 98.58%.The ionic liquid[HO 3 SC 3 NEt 3]Cl-ZnCl 2 remained highly active after being reused six times.
