某复杂高砷铜锌矿分选试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对某高砷复杂铜锌多金属矿,采用优先浮选工艺实现了高效分选。以自主研制的ZY为锌抑制剂,实现了铜锌矿物的有效分离;以自主研制的SY为砷抑制剂,降低了有用矿物中有害元素砷的含量。实验室最终获得的分选指标如下:铜精矿品位22.14%,铜回收率87.45%。锌精矿品位45.61%,锌回收率90.14%。银在铜精矿中的品位为890g/t,回收率66.45%,在锌精矿中的品位为105g/t,回收率12.27%,银总回收率为78.72%。 The high-efficiency separation was realized by preferential flotation process on high-arsenic copper-zinc ore in this paper.It’s valid that the self-developed ZY is used as zinc inhibitor,which realizes the effective separation of copper-zinc minerals,and the self-developed SY is used as arsenic inhibitor to reduce the content of harmful elements arsenic in useful minerals.The flotation indexes of closed-circuit test showed that the copper concentrate contained 22.14% Cu,the copper recovery rate was 87.45%,the concentrate of zinc was 45.61% Zn with recovery rate of 90.14%.The grade of silver in copper concentrate is 890 g/t,the recovery rate is 66.45%,the grade in zinc concentrate is 105 g/t,the recovery rate is12.27%,and the total recovery rate of silver is 78.72%.
