摘要
针对餐厨垃圾的资源化再生处理展开研究,开发设计了相应的智联可移动厨余垃圾处理设备。通过分析处理工艺,明确设计原理;利用概念设计的方法,获得最优设计方案;根据垃圾处理量,计算搅拌槽的结构尺寸和所需搅拌功率,搅拌轴的长度和直径等尺寸,并对搅拌轴进行必要的有限元分析,获得了各关键部件的设计参数;完成了再生处理设备的结构设计;应用PLC控制技术设计了智能物联垃圾再生处理控制系统,完成了智能物联垃圾再生处理设备的研发。
This paper is the research for recycling of domestic kitchen waste,and the corresponding intelligent IOT portable waste treatment equipment is developed and designed.The design principle is determined by the analysis of the treatment process.The optimal design scheme is obtained by using the product concept design method.The structure size,the length and diameter of the mixing shaft and the required mixing power of the mixing tank is calculated according to the waste treatment capacity.The three-dimensional structure of the treatment equipment is completed after strength check for the mixing shaft and designing for the key components*parameters.The intelligent waste recycling control system is achieved by the application of PLC intelligent control technology,and finally the research and development of intelligent waste recycling equipmentis is completed.
