摘要
目的通过对有关钙离子通道在心血管领域的文献进行计量、共现、共被引及可视化分析,探索该领域近15年的发展状况、研究热点及动态前沿。方法以Web of Science(WOS)中Science Citation Index Expanded(SCI-E)收录2004~2018年相关文献为对象,应用CiteSpace进行作者、机构、国家、关键词共现分析,文献、期刊共被引分析,并绘制相关可视化图谱。结果总检索获得3716篇文献,年均发文量接近250篇。年度发文量以上升并趋于稳定为主,高产国家为美国、英国、德国,其中美国在该领域占据主导优势,最高产的机构为美国的约翰霍普金斯大学,发文量最高的作者为加州大学戴维斯分校的DONALD MB,DONALD MB、XANDER HT、DOBROMIR DOBREV是该领域的代表人物,具有重要的影响力。被引频次最高的期刊是CIRCULATION。热点关键词为随机对照试验、基因表达、肌浆网、双盲、Ca2+激活的K通道、蛋白激酶A、细胞凋亡、心脏性猝死,可形成9个聚类群。预测发展趋势是方案设计改善,分子通路的突变层面研究,通过结构化方法对患者个体治疗寻找系统策略,预防并发症,从而降低心血管事件的危险性。结论应用CiteSpace进行钙离子通道文献计量分析,初步直观地展示其发展仍较热门,揭示可合作的作者和机构,提供可参考的选题内容和发展方向,结果具有一定的重要价值和意义。
Objective To explore the development status,research hot-spots and dynamic frontiers of this field in the past 15 years by measuring,co-occurring,co-citing,and visual analysis of the literature on calcium ion channels in the cardiovascular field.Methods Taking the relevant literatures included in Science Citation Index Expanded(SCI-E)in Web of Science(WOS)from 2004 to 2018 as the object,applying CiteSpace for co-occurrence analysis of authors,institutions,countries,and keywords,and co-citation analysis of documents and journals,And draw the relevant visualization map.Results A total of 3,716 documents were retrieved,with an average annual volume of nearly 250 articles.The annual publication volume is mainly rising and tends to stabilize.The most productive countries are the United States,the United Kingdom,and Germany.Among them,the United States has a dominant advantage in this field.The most productive institution is Johns Hopkins University in the United States.DONALD MB,DONALD MB,XANDER HT,and DOBROMIR DOBREV at the University of California,Davis are important figures in this field and have important influence.The most cited journal is CIRCULATION.Hot keywords are randomized controlled trials,gene expression,sarcoplasmic reticulum,double-blindness,Ca2+-activated kappa channels,protein kinase A,apoptosis,and sudden cardiac death,which can form 9 clusters.Predicting the development trend is to improve the design of the scheme,study the mutation level of the molecular pathway,and find a systematic strategy for individual patient treatment through a structured method to prevent complications and thereby reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.Conclusion The application of CiteSpace for bibliometric analysis of calcium ion channels shows that its development is still relatively popular,reveals the authors and institutions that can cooperate,and provides reference content and development direction for reference.The results have certain important value and significance.
